Welcome to Opalite Hair Studio! I'm Julia, the proud owner, hairstylist, mentor, and content creator behind it all.
Opening Opalite Hair Studio was a dream of mine that became a reality. I wanted to create more than just a salon- I wanted to build a space where clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident, and where beauty professionals can grow in a supportive environment.
I'm passionate about serving others, investing in education, and creating an experience that leaves every guest feeling cared for long after they leave the salon. Whether I'm behind the chair, mentoring another stylist, or planning what's next for Opalite, my goal is always the same: to help people feel their best and create a place that feels like home.

Meet Julia
Hey friend! I'm Julia! As a salon owner, Shark Fin Shears Ambassador, and Slice Strands Certified Extension Artist, I'm passionate about continuing my education and traveling to learn the latest techniques so I can bring the very best back to my clients.
I specialize in custom color, luxury extensions, Wild Strand braids, hair tinsel, and custom flare hair, creating personalized looks that are as unique as you are.
Outside the salon, you'll usually find me spending time with my two girls and family, relaxing at the beach, cooking, playing board games, or planning my next adventure.
I can't wait to welcome you into my chair and create a look you'll love!
Nail Technician
Meet Sonia
Hi, I'm Sonia! I specialize in acrylics, Gel-X, soft gel, and manicures and I love helping my clients express their personal style through beautiful, customized nails. My goal is to create an experience where you leave feeling confident, refreshed, and cared for.
One of my favorite parts of being a nail technician is building meaningful relationships with my clients. I strive to create a welcoming, relaxing environment where you can unwind, feel pampered, and leave with nails you love.
When I'm not at the salon, you'll usually find me spending quality time with my family, relaxing, and appreciating life's simple moments.
Hairstylist
Meet Taylor
Hi! I'm Tay! Blue-collar wife, mama of two, and hairstylist passionate about helping women feel like themselves again. I specialize in lived-in blonding, grey blending and layered haircuts all designed to be beautiful and low maintenance. My goal is to create hair that works for real life- because I know how busy life gets and how important it is to still feel confident and put together.
Outside the salon, I'm a western-loving girl at heart who loves spending time with my family, being outdoors, and soaking up the motocross life with my crew. You can usually find us making memories at the track, enjoying family time, or doing a little retail therapy in-between.
I can't wait to have you in my chair and help you feel like the best version of yourself!

Meet Britany
Hi, I'm Brit! I'm a stylist, proud boy mom, and someone who loves all things fun, colorful, and a little unconventional. My style leans alternative, and you'll usually find me surrounded by shades of purple and green.
I love creating textured razor cuts, long layers, pixies, and big, voluminous curls. Whether you're looking to cover greys, brighten your current color, refresh your look, or go bold with vivid colors, I'd love to help bring your vision to life.
I also welcome kids in my chair and understand how busy family life can be. I'm happy to work around hectic schedules to make life a little easier on parents of littles.
My goal is to create a relaxed, comfortable experience where it feels like friends catching up while you leave with hair you can't wait to show off! I can't wait to meet you!
